About the event
You’ll arrive into a warm, softly scented studio, with thick mats, blankets, cushions and weighted eye shades already laid out and waiting for you. Gentle nature sounds play quietly in the background as you settle in and make yourself comfortable. As you do, Emma will talk you through how the session will unfold so you know exactly what to expect.
When you’re ready, we move into a guided visualisation that leads you gently into the sound. Each journey has its own short opening, carefully written to create a different atmosphere before the live sound unfolds.
While the structure of each session remains similar, the tone and atmosphere shifts between journeys — from the lighter, more spacious feel of Cloud or Beach, to the deeper, more grounding quality of Mountain and Chakra Balance.
