About the event
You’ll arrive into the calm surroundings of the studio, where Emma will welcome you and talk you through how the evening will unfold, so you know exactly what to expect.
Sandra will begin by exploring how the foods we eat, with their many colours, relate to the body’s chakra system in a relaxed and accessible way. She’ll then spend a few minutes individually with each participant using kinesiology to help identify a simple affirmation to carry into the sound bath as your personal intention for the evening.
You’ll then settle onto your mat as the evening moves into the Chakra Colour Balance sound bath. Beginning with a short guided visualisation, Emma will guide you through a live sound journey using Himalayan bowls, crystal singing bowls and a carefully chosen selection of instruments. As with all Emra Sound Healing sessions, everything is played live and each journey is unique.
