About the event
Early September sits in the space between summer and autumn. The pace begins to change, routines start to return, and the year quietly turns towards something new.
This day has been created as an opportunity to pause in that in-between space. A carefully considered day of movement, voice, sound and rest, held in the studio and garden at Emra. Everything has been thought through, from the people leading each session to the seasonal lunch prepared for you. All you need to do is arrive.
The group is intentionally small, just five people, which means the day can feel genuinely personal, unhurried and spacious. There is room to settle in, to move at your own pace, and to simply enjoy a day that has been set aside entirely for you.
